Aug 29 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Tuesday.

    The company said on Monday it implemented a buy-back
programme equivalent to about 1.5% of its share capital.

from "neutral" and reduced its target price to 23 euros from 38

    Shares of Spanish solar panel company EiDF Solar plunged 70%
on Monday, wiping 1.2 billion euros ($1.30 billion) off its
