Energizer climbs on upbeat quarterly profit

** Shares of electrical equipment maker Energizer Holdings
Inc  ENR.N  rise 8.1% at $32 premarket - set to open at their
highest in nearly three months if gains hold
    ** Co reports fiscal 2022 Q4 adj. profit of $0.82/shr,
beating average analyst estimate of $0.78/shr - Refinitiv
    ** ENR Q4 net sales rise to $790.4 mln from $766 mln a year

    ** Co also expects organic revenue to increase in low single
digits in fiscal year 2023, as price increases of its products
is likely to be offset by lower sales volume
