    ** Co forecasts Q1 2024 adjusted profit between $0.50-$0.60
per share, citing weaker sales; average analysts' expectation
was $0.86 per share, as per LSEG
    ** FY 2023 net sales declines 1% Y-o-Y as higher retail
pricing and macroeconomic conditions hurt volumes in battery and
autocare segments
    ** Up to last close, stock was up 0.24% YTD.
