    * Signs a 4.7 million zloty ($1.2 million) net construction 
contract with Tauron Dystrybucja Serwis SA Wroclaw 
    * The deal with Tauron Dystrybucja is for construction works 
on SE 110kv Zabrze and SE 110/20/6kv Plaskowicka 
    * Tauron Dystrybucja Serwis SA Wroclaw is a unit of Tauron 
Polska Energia  TPE.WA
