April 28 (Reuters) - Energoinstal SA  ENIP.WA : 
    * Signs annex to agreement for construction of cogeneration fluidised block, contract price 
changes to 500.8 million zlotys ($129.75 million) net 
    * The annex says that the signing of the takeover protocol of the block will be operational 
until July 31
