** Shares of wireless-charging technology developer Energous
Corp  WATT.O  down 26.78% at $0.3950 in premarket trading 
    ** WATT announces pricing of $3.3 mln offering of common
stock and warrants  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nTUA4J7RG1
    ** Says shares of common stock are being sold at public
offering price of $0.40/share and accompanying warrant
    ** Offer price is at a discount of ~26% stock's last close
    ** Adds that on closing date of offering, which is expected
on or about March 28, WATT will issue 8.3 mln shares of its
common stock and warrants to purchase aggregate of 8.3 mln
shares of its common stock
    ** Up to Thursday's close, stock down ~35% this year
