** Shares of wireless network provider Energous Corp
 WATT.O  up 3.56% at 60 cents
    ** Mallorie Burak appointed as WATT's CEO and board member
effective immediately
    ** Burak joined Energous Corp as chief financial officer in
January 2024 and will continue to serve as CFO as well
    ** Prior to joining Energous Corp, Burak served as President
and CFO of Knightscope Inc
    ** Up to last close, stock down ~66.67% YTD
