** Shares of Energy Action Ltd  EAX.AX  jump as much as 5%
to A$0.21, their highest since April 24
    ** Independent energy development firm posts full-year net
loss after tax of A$0.087 mln ($58,820.70), vs A$2.841 mln a
year earlier 
    ** Says in the second half, co achieved positive EBITDA,
NPAT and cashflow 
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since June 29 
    ** Stock had doubled in value this year, as of last close
