Energy Focus rises on LED lighting contract for U.S. Navy

** Shares of lighting tech maker  EFOI.O  rise 6.4% at $8.69
    ** Co secures a indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity
(IDIQ) contract worth up to $4.8 mln to supply LED lighting

    ** The five-year IDIQ contract calls for EFOI to exclusively
supply its Navy-qualified large LED Globe Lights designed for
demanding exterior shipboard use
    ** Energy Focus also awarded a General Services
Administration schedule contract, which allows it to provide
access to and serve all govt agencies in a more timely and
efficient manner
    ** EFOI is up 273.2% YTD
