** Rare earths producer Energy Fuels <UUUU.A> will buy Germany's Vacuumschmelze in a $1.9 billion cash-and-stock deal to become one of the world's largest non-Chinese producers of magnets used in the aerospace, defence and renewable energy sectors.

** Private equity firm IG4 is aiming to finalize a potential acquisition of Brazilian sugar and ethanol producer Raizen <RAIZ4.SA> by the end of March 2027, pending a successful pitch to creditors, its top executives told Reuters on Monday. nL1N42U0X7
** Singapore Telecommunications <STEL.SI> said it had sold a 2.8% stake in Thailand-listed energy development firm Gulf Development <GULF.BK> for about S$1 billion ($773.16 million) in an effort to redeploy capital. nL4N42V0BP
