** Shares of miner Energy Fuels  UUUU.A  rise 3.5% to $5.46
    ** Company and indigenous peoples' body Navajo Nation sign
agreement for governing uranium ore transport along federal and
state highways crossing the Navajo Nation
    ** Ore transport from the company's Pinyon Plain Mine in
northern Arizona to its White Mesa Mill in southern Utah now
expected to resume in February
    ** Company commits to accept and transport up to 10,000 tons
of uranium-bearing cleanup materials from abandoned uranium
mines within the Navajo Nation
    ** Stock was down 30.4% in 2024
