Reserve cuts interest rats by half a percentage point
    ** Easing interest rates makes borrowing costs cheaper for
cost-heavy projects like uranium mines  US/ 
    ** Shares of Ur-Energy  URG.A  up 5.7%, Uranium Energy
 UEC.A  rises 4.6%, Energy Fuels  UUUU.A  gains 3.4%, Centrus
Energy rises  LEU.A  up 3.2%
    ** Canadian miners NexGen Energy  NXE.TO  and Cameco
 CCO.TO  rise 2.8% and 1.5%, respectively
