nearly 10% at $2.15 in extended trading
    ** Co, which provides oil, gas and water distribution
services, announces stock buyback plan of up to 1 mln shares,
which represent nearly 6% of ESOA's outstanding common stock
    ** The buyback has no expiration date and will start after
