Plug Power rises on hydrogen fuel cells supply deal

** Shares of hydrogen fuel cell co Plug Power Inc  PLUG.O 
up 2% at $9.22 premarket
    ** Co signs supply agreement with Energy Vault Holdings Inc
 NRGV.N  to deliver clean energy to the city of Calistoga,
California Wine Country, in the times of wildfires and other
emergencies
    ** Says it will supply Energy Vault with 8 MW (megawatts) of
hydrogen fuel cell stationary power     
    ** Transaction marks the largest planned hydrogen powered
fuel cell installation in the U.S. - co
    ** Says construction of the energy storage system
anticipated to begin in the Q4 with commercial operation
expected by Q3 2024
    ** YTD, PLUG shares have fallen 26.9% through last close
