Canada's energy companies gain as tight supplies persist

** Shares of Canadian energy companies rise as demand
continues to outstrip supply  O/R 
    ** Iranian nuclear talks appear to hit obstacles and an
embargo on Russian oil shipments looms
    ** S&P/TSX composite index  .GSPTSE  up 1.1%, while the
energy sector  .SPTTEN  up 2.1% at 10:01 am ET
    ** Top oil companies Enbridge  ENB.TO , Canadian Natural
Resources  CNQ.TO , Cenovus Energy  CVE.TO , Suncor Energy
 SU.TO  and Imperial Oil  IMO.TO  gain 2%-3%
    ** TC Energy  TRP.TO  and Pembina Pipeline  PPL.TO  up 1.3%
and 1.9%, respectively
    ** Gibson Energy  GEI.TO , Enerplus  ERF.TO , MEG Energy
 MEG.TO , Parkland Fuel  PKI.TO , Baytex Energy  BTE.TO  and
Vermilion Energy  VET.TO  up 1.2%-2.9%
    ** On the other hand, Tamarack Valley Energy  TVE.TO  loses
1.9%; TVE to buy producer Deltastream Energy for C$1.425 bln
($1.10 bln) to become the largest producer in Alberta's
