Enfusion soars after Reuters report on takeover interest

** Shares of software company Enfusion  ENFN.N  up 20.74% at
$11.12
    ** ENFN is attracting takeover interest from private equity
firms and strategic buyers, Reuters reports, citing several
people familiar with the matter  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL1N38F2WZ
    ** Enfusion's management has been approached in recent
months by Francisco Partners, Vista Equity Partners and
investment firm Irenic Capital Management 
    ** Since going public in 2021, ENFN's shares have lost more
than half of their value
    ** Co's CEO and CFO resigned months apart from one another
last year
    ** YTD, ENFN up 13.24%, including session's move
