ENGAGE XR to collaborate with Lenovo

 

Lenovo confirmed as ENGAGE Link launch partner

 

Global Technology Company, Lenovo™ has announced the launch of a new
all-in-one virtual reality (VR) headset engineered for enterprise customers
called The Lenovo ThinkReality VRX.  As part of the launch, Lenovo also
confirmed it is collaborating with ENGAGE XR to help build its own Lenovo
Metaverse space utilizing the ENGAGE platform.

 

ENGAGE XR will help build and offer a Lenovo presence within the Metaverse
using ENGAGE Link.  ENGAGE Link is ENGAGE's enterprise-focused metaverse set
to launch later this year.  Lenovo is one of the five confirmed launch
partners for ENGAGE Link. The others announced so far include HTC and The
Virtual Human Interaction Lab at Stanford University. The Group has also
announced a multi-national professional services firm and a leading publisher
and education company as launch partners and would expect to provide further
details closer to the release date of ENGAGE Link.

 

The Lenovo space within ENGAGE Link will be an 'always on' virtual home for
Lenovo to showcase its products and solutions as well as being a location to
meet and collaborate with partners and customers directly.

 

The ENGAGE Link platform will allow clients to have publicly accessible,
always-on, persistent locations to advertise their business and services
directly to the general public and to potential clients. Clients can build
their own unique Metaverse services for private company use or make them
available to the wider world on ENGAGE Link, or via their own website, using
our deep links system. This enables ENGAGE customers the ability to build new
business models and revenue streams.

 

The Lenovo ThinkReality VRX is built to be the VR solution for workers
everywhere.  From improving efficiency in employee training and virtual
collaboration to expanding design and engineering tasks in 3D, XR technologies
are becoming ever more important for businesses especially in enabling hybrid
workers to do more.   The headsets will be available in select markets
worldwide starting in early 2023. The price for the enterprise VR solution
will be disclosed upon availability.
