Eni and Petronas launch energy joint venture Searah MILAN, June 8 (Reuters) - Eni ENI.MI and Malaysia's Petronas have established Searah, a 50-50 joint venture combining key energy businesses across Indonesia and Malaysia, the Italian company said on Monday.
