Indonesia's Pertamina Hulu Energi signs deal with Italy's Eni for stakes in three blocks JAKARTA, Oct 12 (Reuters) - Pertamina Hulu Energi, the upstream unit of Indonesia's state energy firm Pertamina [RIC:RIC:PERTM.UL], has signed sales and purchase agreement with Italy's Eni ENI.MI to acquire participating interests in three oil and gas blocks, Pertamina said on Monday.
