Italy sees growing EU consensus for windfall tax on energy sector ROME, Sept 23 (Reuters) - Consensus is growing across Europe over the need to adopt a windfall tax on energy firms, Italy's Economy Minister Giancarlo Giorgetti said on Wednesday.
