Kazakhstan says it has restored oil production to 290,000 tons per day BAKU, June 1 (Reuters) - Kazakhstan's Energy Minister Erlan Akkenzhenov said on Monday that Kazakhstan has restored its oil production to 290,000 tonnes per day following earlier production losses.
