Kuwait's Q8 to join Eni and SOCAR in price cap on Italian petrol pump prices ROME, Sept 29 (Reuters) - Kuwait's Q8 said on Tuesday that its Italian unit will introduce a price cap on Italian petrol pump prices for one month starting from October 1, following similar commitments by Eni ENI.MI and Socar.
Q8 Italy did not specify what price cap it would set.
