IAG said on Friday it launched a €500 million share buyback programme.  

REPSOL REP.MC 
Eni ENI.MI and Repsol are considering selling part of the Perla natural gas field off Venezuela's coast, Bloomberg reported on Sunday.

AIRTIFICIAL AI.MC 
The company said on Monday it was developing technology for manufacturing electric vehicles in India.

IBERDROLA IBE.MC 
Iberdrola is seeking an alliance with one or more insurers to offer insurance products to its customers and has invited interested companies to submit proposals to its more than 11 million users in Spain, newspaper Expansion reported on Monday. 
        
ROVI ROVI.MC 
Rovi is expanding its industrial network capacity to more than double its contract manufacturing business and target €700 million in related revenue by 2030, with annual capacity set to reach up to 880 million pre-filled syringes by the end of 2026, Spanish online news website El Economista reported on Monday.

OHLA OHLA.MC 
French group Elior, owner of Serunion in Spain, has emerged as the leading contender to acquire Ingesan, OHLA's services subsidiary, in a deal aimed at helping the Spanish construction company cut debt and refinance over €340 million of bonds due in 2029, Spanish online news website El Economista reported on Monday.

SANTANDER SAN.MC 
Morgan Stanley reinstated coverage of the company with a "neutral" rating and €12.6 price target.
