** Drug developer Imara Inc's shares  IMRA.O  rise 24% to
$1.45 - among biggest pct gainers across U.S. stock exchanges
premarket
    ** Co has entered into an agreement with Cardurion
Pharmaceuticals for sale of its drug candidate tovinontrine to
treat a type of blood disease and all other assets related to
the class of drugs  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nNDL6yhBzh
    ** Co will receive an upfront payment of $34.75 mln, besides
additional milestones payments
    ** Up to Tuesday's close, stock had lost ~48% this year
