Enlivex falls after interim data for joint disease cell therapy

** U.S.-listed shares of Israel-based Enlivex Therapeutics ENLV.TA fall 10% to $1.08 premarket

** Co reports interim early-stage data for its experimental cell therapy to treat moderate-to-severe knee osteoarthritis

** Says the drug, allocetra, helped reduce pain by 47% on average after six months of treatment vs. about 50% average pain reduction in a previous 3-month interim analysis

** Osteoarthritis of the knee causes cartilage in the knee joint to break down, causing the bones to rub together

** Allocetra also helped patients achieve 46% improvement in joint function and 40% improvement in joint stiffness in the 6-month analysis - ENLV

** ENLV expects data from the early-mid-stage trial by the Q3 2025

** Up to last close, stock fell over 61% in the past 12 months
