Ennis up on rise in Q3 revenue, profit

** Shares of Ennis Inc  EBF.N , a supplier of printed
business products such as post-it notes and envelopes, up ~2% at
$22.78 in morning trade
    ** Company's Q3 revenue and profit rise on strong customer
demand, pricing and tighter cost controls
    ** Ennis reports 7.1% YoY increase in revenue to $110.2 mln 
    ** EBF posts net earnings for quarter ended Nov. 30 at $11.3
mln, or $0.44/shr, vs $7.6 mln, or $0.29/shr, a year earlier
    ** "The demand for paper remains solid but we are beginning
to see import competition in the North American paper and
writing market," says CEO Keith Walters
    ** YTD, shares of Ennis up ~17%
