Taiwan-listed Ennoconn offers 23.50 euros per share to acquire Austria's Kontron June 10 (Reuters) - Taiwan-listed Ennoconn Corp6414.TW has launched a takeover bid offering 23.50 euros ($27.16) per share to all shareholders of Austria-based technology company KontronKTN.VI, the tech firm said in a statement on Wednesday.
Kontron said it would suspend its share buyback program until the takeover offer is completed and would review Ennoconn's offer.
