Enova rises after TD Cowen upgrades to "buy"

** Shares of online financial services provider Enova International ENVA.N rise ~2% to $98.59

** Brokerage TD Cowen upgrades ENVA to "buy" from "hold", cuts PT to $117 from $130

** Says co is still seeing very strong growth currently in both its consumer and small business lending, given favorable competitive environment

** "ENVA's loans have relatively short duration, as vintage losses are realized relatively quickly, thus allowing the company to quickly adjust to changing macro conditions," brokerage says

     ** Including session moves, ENVA stock up 2.6% YTD compared to ~5% decline in the S&P 500 index .SPX
