** Shares of battery maker Enovix  ENVX.O  fall 5.9% to
$8.45 
    ** ENVX says CFO Farhan Ahmad has left the company and that
co is searching for a replacement
    ** Ahmad said on LinkedIn he is joining chipmaker Intel
 INTC.O  as CFO of Client Computing Group (CCG) in January
    ** Intel shares up 3.5% to $21.06
    ** Including sessions move, ENVX had fallen 32.9% YTD
