** Co receives order from U.S. Army to produce battery cells
** Says the cells would be used to power a soldier's central
power source called the Conformal Wearable Battery
** Adds that its cells could provide advantages such as
longer lasting and lighter battery packs
** Up to last close, stock had risen 5.5% YTD
