** Shares of solar inverter maker Enphase Energy ENPH.O down ~10% at $33.14 in extended trading

** Company forecasts fourth-quarter revenue below Wall Street estimates, adding that the "reciprocal tariffs" had a negative impact on the margins in its Q3 results

** However, it beat Q3 estimates as revenue from the U.S. increased 29% sequentially

** Posts Q3 adj profit of 90 cents per share vs estimates of 65 cents per share

** As of last close, ENPH down 46.5% YTD
