Enpro gains on acquisitions of AlpHa, Overlook

** Shares of industrial products maker Enpro NPO.N up 2.16% at $221

** Co enters into agreements to acquire two strategic assets within its Sealing Technologies segment, AlpHa Measurement Solutions and Overlook Industries

** The transactions are valued at an aggregate $280 million in cash

** Enpro also expects additions of AlpHa and Overlook to be accretive to total company profitability

** As of last close, stock was up ~24.74% YTD
