** Shares of North Sea-focused oil producer EnQuest ENQ.L jump 3.2% to 15.54 pence

** Co reports 2025 average production of 45,606 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd) above top end of its proforma guidance of 40,000 to 45,000 boepd

** Co forecasts 2026 output in the range of 41,000-45,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd), down from 2025 output of 45,606 boepd

** Co says 2026 has begun with extreme weather in the UK North Sea, which impacted its operations in January and February

** ENQ up ~41% YTD
