Ensign falls after acquisition of nursing facilities in South Carolina

** Shares of rehabilitation and healthcare service provider
Ensign  ENSG.O  fall 3.5% to $95.7 after co acquires two skilled
nursing facilities in South Carolina
    ** Co announces acqusition of 125-bed facility Ashley River
Healthcare in Charleston, 135-bed facility Reserve Healthcare
and Rehabilitation in Hanahan to strengthen presence in the
healthcare market
    ** Acquisitions effective from Sept. 1, subject to
long-term, triple net lease 
    ** Deal brings co's portfolio to 295 healthcare operations
across 13 states
    ** ENSG up 0.8% YTD, underperforming the broader S&P 600
Small Cap index  .SPCY  which have risen 4.5% YTD
