2025 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Entain plc (LSE: ENT), the global sports betting and gaming group, today
announces that its Annual Report and Accounts (Annual Report) for the
financial year ended 31 December 2025 and Notice of Meeting for the 2026
Annual General Meeting (AGM) are available to view on the Company's website
at: Investor Relations (http://www.entaingroup.com/investor-relations/) .

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.1 a copy of the Annual Report, Notice of
Meeting, Form of Proxy and the proposed revised Articles of Association have
been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available
for inspection at: National Storage Mechanism
(https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism) .

Printed copies of the Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December
2025, Notice of Meeting and Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders who
have requested them in hard copy format.

The AGM is scheduled to take place at the offices of Addleshaw Goddard LLP, 41
Lothbury, London EC2R 7HG at 10:00 a.m. (BST) on 29 April 2026.
