Block Listing Application - Free Share Plan

 

Entain plc (LSE: ENT), the global sports betting and gaming group, announces
that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA")
and to the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 355,000 new ordinary
shares of €0.01 each in the Company to be admitted to the premium segment of
the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's
main market for listed securities, in order to satisfy the regular issue of
shares from time to time under the Company's Free Share Plan.

 

The shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary
shares of the Company.  Admission is expected to occur at 8:00am on 3 July
2024.

 

Note: As at 1 July 2024 Entain has 638,958,354 ordinary shares of €0.01
each in issue and the total number of voting rights is 638,958,354.
