Board Committee Changes

 

Entain plc (LSE: ENT), the global sports betting and gaming group, announces
the following board committee composition changes with immediate effect:

 

Amanda Brown is appointed as Chair of the Remuneration Committee and a member
of the People and Governance Committee

David Satz is appointed as Chair of the Sustainability and Compliance
Committee.

Virgina McDowell will continue as a member of the Remuneration Committee and
the Sustainability and Compliance Committee.

This notification is made pursuant to LR 9.6.11R of the UK Listing Rules.
