Director Declaration

Entain plc (LSE: ENT), the global sports betting and gaming group, announces
that Helen Ashton, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed
an independent Non-Executive Director of ITV plc with effect from 13 May 2025.

This announcement is made in accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R(2).
