transactions of Entain ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the
Company ("Shares") due to portfolio rebalancing transactions by Eminence
Capital, LP as set out below:

There was no change to the aggregate holding of the funds and accounts managed
by Eminence Capital, LP as a result of the rebalancing transactions above. The
purchase and sales were done simultaneously as two separate cross transactions
between Eminence funds and accounts.
