The following amendment has been made to the 'Directors' Dealings'
announcement released on 24 March 2015 at 6.23pm under RNS No 3646I. 
 
Mr Alexander's total interest in shares following the purchase has been
corrected to 422,073 representing approximately 0.69% of the Company's issued
share capital. 
 
All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below

Directors' Dealings 
 
GVC Holdings PLC (AIM:GVC), a leading online sports betting and gaming group
has been informed that Kenny Alexander, Chief Executive, today purchased
21,740 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £4.599 per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Alexander's total interest in shares in the
Company, including his wife's interest, is 422,073 ordinary shares
representing approximately 0.69% of the Company's issued share capital. 
 
In addition, the Company has been informed that Mrs Pascale Mourier Cooper,
wife of Richard Cooper, Chief Finance Officer, today purchased 10,000 ordinary
shares at a price of £4.598 per share. Following this transaction, Richard
Cooper's total interest in shares in the Company, including his wife's
interest, is 336,667 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.55% of the
Company's issued share capital.
