GVC Holdings PLC (AIM:GVC), the sports betting and gaming group, announces that hard copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders today. 
Additional copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy are also available from the Company's investor relations website at www.gvc-plc.comalong with the previously published Annual Report and Accounts.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday 5 May 2015 at The Chambers, 5 Mount Pleasant, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 2PU.
