Block Listing Application
Applications have been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and to the London Stock Exchange plc for the admission of 516,729 ordinary shares of 0.01 each in the Company to listing on the standard segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"), by way of a block listing. The block listing will be used to satisfy the exercise of the remaining share options previously awarded to employees of bwin.party digital entertainment plc ("bwin.party") prior to its acquisition by GVC, which completed on 1 February 2016. The historic share option awards were made under various bwin.party share incentive plans.
The shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.Admission is expected to occur on 28 April 2016.
