Director's Dealings
The Company was today notified that Richard Cooper, CFO of GVC Holdings plc, has purchased an additional 51,230 ordinary shares of 0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 488p per Ordinary Share, in accordance with his reinvestment obligation. This purchase takes Richard Cooper's total shareholding to 757,553 Ordinary Shares representing 0.26% of the Company's issued share capital. In addition, the shareholding of Mr Cooper's wife, Mrs P Mourier Cooper remains unchanged at 335,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.115% of the issued share capital of the Company.
