Director's Dealings
The Company announces that Kenneth Alexander, Chief Executive, has today purchased 41,535 ordinary shares of 0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 415p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Alexander holds 212,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.35 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
 In addition, Kenneth Alexander's wife, Caroline Alexander, holds 313,333 Ordinary Shares.
