The Company was notified yesterday that Norbert Teufelberger, Non-Executive Director of GVC Holdings plc, has sold 460,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 490p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Teufelberger has an interest in 2,755,264 Ordinary Shares representing 0.94% of the Company's issued share capital.
