Board Change
 
Further to the statement in GVC's 2018 annual general meeting notice, the Company announces that after 10 years serving as a Non-executive Director, Karl Diacono today steps down from the Board.  The Board is currently in the process of selecting a new Independent Non-executive Director and an announcement will be made once the selection and appointment process has concluded.
 
Lee Feldman, GVC's Chairman, commented:
