GVC Holdings PLC (AIM:GVC), a leading online sports betting and gaming group has been informed that Kenny Alexander, Chief Executive, today purchased 21,740 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 4.599 per share. Following this purchase, Mr Alexander's total interest in shares in the Company, including his wife's interest, is 415,073 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.65% of the Company's issued share capital.
In addition, the Company has been informed that Mrs Pascale Mourier Cooper, wife of Richard Cooper, Chief Finance Officer, today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 4.598 per share. Following this transaction, Richard Cooper's total interest in shares in the Company, including his wife's interest, is 336,667 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.55% of the Company's issued share capital.
