Directors' Dealings
Kenneth Alexander and Lee Feldman (the "Directors") have exercised their options granted under the GVC 2015 Long Term Incentive Plan ("2015 LTIP"), which vested on 2 February 2017. As a result, the Directors acquired the following number of GVC ordinary shares of 0.01 each ("Shares"):

The Shares acquired by the Directors as a result of exercising these options were sold in the market at 7.20 per Share.
