Directors' Dealings
 
Kenneth Alexander and Lee Feldman (the "Directors") have exercised their options granted under the GVC 2015 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"), which vested on 2 February 2018.  As a result, the Directors acquired the following number of GVC ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Shares") after each only selling sufficient Shares to cover the exercise price and applicable taxes:

In accordance with the obligations associated with Lee Feldman's LTIP award (as disclosed in the Company's announcement of 3 February 2016), he has acquired in the market an additional 36,295 Shares at £9.077 per Share. 
 
In addition, Lee Feldman has also acquired a further 52,134 Shares at £9.02 per Share as a result of investing the post-tax balance of the one-off fee of £950,000 paid to him on 13 December 2017 and described in the Company's circular to shareholders dated 21 November 2017. These Shares are at risk of forfeiture, with the risk over 50% of these Shares removed on 13 December 2019 and the risk removed on the balance of the Shares on 13 December 2020, subject solely to him continuing to hold office as a Director.
