Directors' Dealings
 
Kenneth Alexander and Lee Feldman (the "Directors") have exercised their options granted under the GVC 2015 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"), which vested on 2 May 2018 and 2 August 2018. All options granted to the Directors under the LTIP have now vested and been exercised. As a result of these final exercises, the Directors acquired the following number of GVC ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Shares") after each only selling sufficient Shares to cover the exercise price and applicable taxes:
